Why Install a Koby Air Filter/Purifier at Point of Air Use?
Here's
why.....
Many
Industrial atmospheres can be heavily contaminated with processed emissions,
condensable hydrocarbons, solvent vapors, oil mist, oil vapor, paint
fumes, smoke particles, atmospheric dust, odors, and other airborne
contaminants. All of these impurities, if present individually or in
combination, are drawn in through the compressor intake, and if not
removed, end up at point of air use. Thus, even if an "oil-less"
compressor is used for such applications as air breathing, spray painting,
or instrument air, there is no assurance that compressed air will be
delivered "oil-free" or "contaminant-free." Koby
Air Purifiers are installed at point of air use as final stage adsorber/filters
to:
REMOVE |
harmful
atmospheric impurities drawn in through compressor intake not removed
by standard air line filters, separators, and coalescers.
|
PURIFY |
Compressed
air and vacuum air used in conjunction with food processing, air
breathing, beverage dispensing, pharmaceutical production, and other
important process applications.
|
PROTECT |
important
air operated equipment from contaminant carryover from compressor,
downstream filters, and system piping.
|
INSURE |
the
delivery of clean, purified, compressed air to instruments and controls,
spray guns, air breathing masks and hoods, and other contaminant
sensitive equipment.
